Crow Holdings is a privately-held company based in Dallas, Texas that manages the wealth of the family of the late property developer Trammell Crow.[1] Headed by Harlan Crow, the son of Trammell, and a board of directors, the firm is designed to preserve the family's wealth "in perpetuity." [2]
Apparently, the firm’s holding are based around real estate but includes other investments in order to provide diversification.[3]
Other Crow Family organizations includeTrammell & Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art. The Trammell Crow Company was purchased by outsiders in late 2006.
In the 2010 Pennsylvania election for the US Senate, the company was the largest corporate contributor to the Republican challenger Pat Toomey.[4]
